Circuit Class
These classes are for all fitness levels, and YOU determine the intensity of each workout. It's fun and in no time flat, you've put in 45 min of work. You can expect high and low impact aerobic exercises and weightlifting inspired movements to tone and condition the body. A combination of mobility and strength for big and small muscle work while using various equipment.

Yoga
YS Freestyle - Yoga and Stretch inspired workout. Using traditional yoga, tai chi, meditation inspired movements and mobility stretching this will help to: tone muscles, increase flexibility, increase range of motion and flexibility, promote balance and de stress. Full body and mind session in 45 mins.
