Haden Von Wald

Hayden Von Wald comes from a small town of Selby, South Dakota where he graduated with 12 other classmates. Once he hit high school, his love for sports and training really sparked his love for fitness. He is currently a junior at the University of Mary majoring in Biomechanics. His favorite part about fitness is the PROCESS. Doing the exercises for a reason of trying to reach his end goal is more fun for him than the end goal itself! Once he started seeing results, fitness became addicting to him. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge with others and helping others reach their individual goals.

Interests/Hobbies:

Hayden loves sports. He is a big Minnesota Twins fan, and he also runs track currently at the University of Mary with his best event being long jump. He enjoys playing basketball and disc golfing with his friends as well. He has always enjoyed deer and pheasant hunting too back home! Living an active lifestyle is something that is very important to him.
